Affiliate and Referral Policy

1. Affiliate Program Rules

1.1. General Conditions

Withdrawal of funds through the affiliate program is only possible to a PirateTM account credit or through external withdrawal via PayPal.
PayPal withdrawals are subject to a 10% commission.

1.2. Placement Requirements

Placing your affiliate link on websites is only allowed if you are registered on the site and indicate that the link belongs to you. For example, forums are allowed, but most coupon sites are not.
Placing your affiliate link on websites offering coupons or discounts is not allowed.
Using paid advertising services (e.g., Google Ads) to drive affiliate traffic is not allowed.
Creating and/or using multiple accounts to place your affiliate link on one website is not allowed. Only one account can be used to place an affiliate link on each website.

1.3. Link Display Requirements

When placing the affiliate code, the full link provided by us must be visible. Hiding it behind another link, button, or image is not allowed.
You are only allowed to place the provided affiliate link - using another link (e.g., shortened URL) to redirect to your affiliate link is not allowed.

1.4. Commission Rules

The affiliate system is designed to attract new customers to our services. Commissions are only earned for new customers.
If we reasonably believe that a new account was created to circumvent restrictions, no commission will be awarded.
You cannot click on your own affiliate link or earn commission for it.
Commission is calculated based on the cost of the first month, regardless of the selected billing period (for example, if an annual plan is selected, the commission is calculated only for the first month, not for the entire year).
Commissions from quarterly, semi-annual, or annual plans are not eligible for PayPal withdrawal.
All earned commissions will be held during a 35-day 'maturation period'. If a service attracted through an affiliate link is refunded, canceled, or terminated during this period, the commission is canceled.

1.5. Compliance and Enforcement

The affiliate balance has no real value until it is withdrawn from your account. Failure to comply with any of the terms nullifies the right to withdraw the affiliate balance.
We reserve the right to check your affiliate account at any time for compliance with the terms. This may include requesting additional clarification before allowing withdrawal. Inability to provide truthful information may result in nullification of the affiliate balance and/or account closure.
Any attempts to exploit the affiliate system may result in nullification of the affiliate balance, loss of the right to withdraw funds, and/or account closure.

2.1. Program Description

The PirateTM Referral Program is designed to reward users for inviting friends who sign up for new services.

In the following points, 'referral' is the invited friend, and 'referrer' is the user who sent the invitation.

2.2. Invitation Process

The invited friend must be invited through the referrer's unique referral link, placed on the referrals page.
The invited friend has 30 days after accepting the invitation to order an eligible service from PirateTM to receive the referral reward. A service is considered eligible if it is created through the new control panel.

2.3. Rewards

If the service is not returned or cancelled, both the referrer and the referrer will receive a credit to the account in the amount of the established refund percentage, 7 days after the service is activated.
Account credit can be used for future renewals or purchases from PirateTM, in accordance with PirateTM's Terms and Conditions.

2.4. Additional Information

PirateTM reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time.
